Review on Bluetooth Dual Driver Including Subwoofer Customized by William Whisperer

I bought this bluetooth speaker after many weeks and many hours of research. It arrived in a nice box. The sound was good and the speaker had a good weight. Firmly. Sometimes the EQ helped, and other times there was too much bass and boom that muffled the mids and highs. Disaster struck when I had to charge the battery twice in one day with normal use. Then it died AGAIN and I started charging it for the third time when I decided this product just wasn't working! I contacted Revain and the seller (ideaUSA) at the same time to let them know about the issue and my request for a refund and return. Today I finally heard from Tiffany at ideaUSA and apart from bad English grammar (I'm a retired writing teacher) she states that it's been 30 days since I ordered the item (it's not) and that there are NO refund from Revain. (false) Luckily, Revain is much more professional and responsible than that ideaUSA customer service rep. It was like the twilight zone. Eventually she asks for my order number and says "We take this seriously" and then sends me another email saying it's been 30 days since my order (WHAT?)) and that Revain has the money will NOT be refunded ( but they are ALREADY APPROVED AND REFUNDED AND REFUNDED!). I recommend "STAY FROM IDEAUSA" and ESPECIALLY Tiffany! Praise God for the Revain customer service team who WORK VERY HARD AND CONSISTENTLY to build customer trust in Revain (although it's not necessarily down to THAT SELLER and his horrible rep Ai Wei applies!)
