I hate that my mother paid 18000 after taxes and fees for a 2015 Veloster but she chose this car. She managed to drive 6 miles with the handbrake on, after which her brake warning light started flashing intermittently. I hated to think that she would spend $200 to replace the brakes when the time came. I decided to swap them out for them and bought these front brakes. I think I needed a 21mm spanner, a spanner for the locknuts on some of them, a 14mm spanner to remove the calipers and a C-clip to compress the pads enough to fit new pads (rear pads require a special tool). just needle nose pliers to put them back in). This is of course in addition to the jacks and jacks. I think the hardest part was finding a safe point to lift the car. I've uploaded a video here of putting my jack on because there are a lot of videos on YouTube showing how to change the brakes on a Veloster. H
