The hand is really good for the price. We have some heavy 27-inch HPs that are the limit for this arm. If your monitor is heavy and 27 inches, it may not be for you. The built-in cable covers are nice, but require a screwdriver (included), which is inconvenient when changing monitors or cables. Assembly was easy as the arm is mostly assembled. I bought 2 mounts and after testing them I bought 10 more for the office. It's as good as any mount that costs twice as much. If the spring had a little more tension for heavier monitors it would be a 5 star arm. *UPDATE* The screws in silver, the screws holding the cable covers on top and bottom are different. The screws make cable entry and exit very awkward. Also, the way the mount attaches doesn't sit flush with the table, which is an odd design choice unless your table is very thin.
