The hand is really good for the price. We have some heavy 27-inch HPs that are the limit for this arm. If your monitor is heavy and 27 inches, it may not be for you. The built-in cable covers are nice, but require a screwdriver (included), which is inconvenient when changing monitors or cables. Assembly was easy as the arm is mostly assembled. Overall this monitor mount is great. Easy to set up and install. I have a 27" 4k monitor and it works great. The monitor is easy to move and adjust. Sometimes the pivot points squeak when moving the monitor, but that doesn't bother me much.
