Unfortunately I bought two. The first one was ok and good enough, thought I'd buy the second one. When the second one arrived I knew I should have gotten something else. First the tension of the base, where it starts at the bottom of the table. So to adjust it you need to disassemble and disassemble everything. Terrible design, you should be able to get it to the top. More importantly, the tension holding bracket at the corner of the monitor is held in place by two bolts and two nuts. The nuts themselves are sealed in plastic caps. In an attempt to increase the tension since the monitor didn't stay perfectly perpendicular to the floor, I tightened the screws. The plastic brackets on the bottom have been ripped off and now it's literally unusable. The monitor simply tilts forward. I hope I can get a refund as the mount is totally unusable and I will try to get a refund on the original.
