Update: After a month of use they seem to be off too often for comfort and are being returned. During today's games there were about 15 shutdown signals within 10 minutes. I am very disappointed because I love these headphones. Now I'm going to try Corsair Virtuosos. :(So I'm looking for a wireless headset with a mic for gaming. I've used a boom mic, but I don't really stream and I wanted a better mic. The candidates for this round of gaming headsets were Sennheiser GP370, Astro A50, and Möbius Audeze others. When I move away from the arrow the compression is heavy and my voice doesn't sound as full but really very limited. However, in Discord my voice seems to sound the same. So much so that longtime friends that I've been playing with them for many years , didn't even notice they sound different. That's a pretty good win imo. How I've used them in games: Dolby Access app for Windows 10 - Atmos for headphones I have Master and Dynamic MW60s, B&O H9is, Beyerdyanmic DT 880s , pow The soundstage is different with the Scarlett Solo but very good for gaming and general purpose music still sounds very very good although these drivers are designed for gaming and positional sound a are agreed. They're incredibly light and it's amazing. My head doesn't get tense after the 4-5 hour sessions I've used them for. Sometimes I feel like the quality and feel of these is so good that weSound's passive sound isolation is very good. With them, they are almost not felt. What's Bad: The headphones don't have any software or a decent app. Why is it important? Their headphones beep intermittently and there's no indication as to why this is the case. There is also no signal table. "Low battery" or a software battery indicator would be nice. There is no USB extender/docking station. If you don't have a USB extender, this will most likely require more than one USB slot as the wireless receiver is slightly wider. The plastic on the cups looks cheap. There is a 7.1 surround sound mode. absence. The sound direction is better in stereo and the range feels much better. The range is terrible. Under 20 feet. Charging sucks, no USB C sucks. Please make a magnetic charger. (That can also be a plus, not many extras, a lot of investment in the item, not the extras. Why I didn't choose: Sennheiser GP370s - the mic is terrible. The software never had a decent review and I need this issue They are very "I liked the 100 hour battery life. I ended up buying a pair of GSP370's and although they had a lot of things I wanted to try I ended up returning them. The built in GSP settings were much better , but they didn't. I'd say 15% of the spatial awareness that the audio hardware had was enough. The software wasn't as bad as the YouTube reviews said, but it wasn't great. Will the noisegate miss.! The quality of the microphone was still poor. The battery life of 100 hours is amazing, but really unnecessary. Be aware you won't be taking it on the road or anything.Audio Technicas are also significantly lighter and have less clamping force. They are less isolating so sound. The GSP370 isn't currently compatible with Dolby Atmos either - which must have hurt them a lot. Astro A50s - wasn't sure about the sound quality. Loved the dock and how easy it was. The style was too gaming Audeze Mobius - not many reviews on BT 5.0 in games and latency. The microphone sounded ah. However, Planar Magnetic is very tempting.
