Yes these are QTips for cotton buds
Well the item took a while to ship as like many others it was backordered due to Covid-19. I could buy another brand but cotton swabs is the only brand I will ever buy as I don't trust others. Just a little tip, I don't open the whole box, I cut a small hole in the top. out of the box and then I only hand out one or two at a time. I don't know why the manufacturer still doesn't do this.
