Pros: correct length, correct color, full bundles, extremely soft (maybe too soft), received all 8 packs.Cons: braid unravels despite braiding to the end (before dipping and after), tangles REALLY easily, gets weird after dipping.it's as if the ends aren't properly sealed despite the hair being advertised as hot water setting.I've bought 8 different brands of hair off Best Buy so far.

This was the one that I made sure to remember the name so that I won't get it again, because of the tangling. I was disappointed cause of the pros above to find out it tangled so easily.
