It's only marked, fits as expected because I ordered another pair in a different color from Sanyoyo and they were too big so I knew what to take. The size chart is a shot in the dark, although I measured my child's feet. My advice. Order 2-3 sizes and return what doesn't fit so you don't have to wait again. So I ordered 2 pairs because you have twins and one pair was symmetrical and beautifully trimmed to the bottom. Another pair had one shoe wider than the other and the soles of the shoes looked frayed with small laces dangling. I'm not sending back due to frustration. I chose Sanyoyo,
