Review on LONTAN 4502S3-18 Soft Close Heavy Duty Drawer Slides - 18 Pairs Full Extension With 100 LB Capacity For Kitchen Cabinets by Tony Battaglia

I installed these on 10 drawers and was initially very pleased. The drawers opened easily and closed smoothly.as advertised. However, in less than a year 2 of the drawer slides quit closing softly and began operating like a standard drawer slide. I contacted the company but they refused to stand behind their product because I bought it on revain and not directly from them. I pointed out that revain was simply facilitating the sale and that it was THEIR product and it initially cam from THEM, regardless of who shipped it. They would have none of it and only offered an apology for the failed product.more like a too bad so sad!Find another product from a company that will stand behind it.UPDATE as of 02/13/22 - 5 of the 10 drawer slides have now failed.
