This chair is beautiful to look at and sturdy - so far - we have not used it in practice. Took about 15 minutes to assemble, nothing complicated. I read the negative review about the height and had some concerns. Actual height is closer to 24 inches, although the pillow is very dense and about three inches deep. My guess is that the pad can condense over time, causing the rack height to drop. My husband is tall so this shouldn't be a problem for him but if he shrinks too low it will be too low for me. For this reason we have only ordered one chair and will be ordering three more 29" tall for our counter just to give us a few options. Just needs to keep that in mind when ordering. But it's a lovely chair at a great price .
