Review on 💻 ASUS ROG G531GT-BI7N6: 15.6" FHD, i7-9750H, GTX 1650 Gaming Laptop (8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) – Windows 10 by Dave Neal

The specifications of this notebook do not match the price. I really wanted a fast laptop for work, with gaming capabilities as a bonus. It was difficult to find a modern processor like the 9th gen Core i7 with at least 8GB of RAM and a suitable graphics card. This laptop was one that I could find at a really affordable price. Most laptops I've found with fast processors and a suitable graphics card have had serious thermal issues, but this laptop's cooling capabilities are insane. It also has a really solid screen hinge, although it doesn't feel like it. The brushed aluminum and the robust touchpad are also attractive. The only downsides would be the lack of a card reader and Thunderbolt 3 ports and of course a webcam. But to be honest, most laptops have terrible webcam quality. I think it makes more sense to buy a high quality webcam separately. Edit: Right, the laptop keyboard sometimes doesn't work. My keyboard stopped working many times until one day it stopped working completely. I sent it to ASUS and their customer service is VERY bad but it was fixed anyway. This is mainly due to the fact that it is a new device, so the hardware on many devices is not fully functional, so fortunately it is not a software problem but a hardware problem. Given the warranty, if you already own this laptop I highly recommend getting it repaired ASAP.
