Stylish and elegant. Received great compliments from guests and no complaints!. Came with an elegant stainless steel hose and everything needed for installation. Installation was easy. Better than many shower heads I've found at major retailers like Lowes, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart. It has many features but I just use a default that comes out of the box. The only problem was that I needed a wrench to get my old shower head off. I love this Pyik brand and look forward to new products from them. Thank you!
