Review on InnoView INVPM204: 14" Portable Touchscreen Monitor with Auto-Rotating Display, Glossy Screen, Flicker-Free & Built-In Speakers by Sean Lee

Not as functional as I would like

The display is very thin and much lighter than my current non-touch wearable display and requires much less hardware to manage and use. My complaint relates to the touch controls. I use this monitor as a secondary display when I'm away for work and unless the mouse pointer is manually placed on the external monitor window, touching the screen only activates what's on screen where the mouse is, ie my finger back over it moving the touchscreen only moves the cursor to the screen it is currently on. It should be possible to make the mouse jump from screen one to screen two (essentially where your finger is) when you touch the secondary display. Not having a driver is good, but not being able to customize these settings is a problem.
