I have a 2019 16" MacBook Pro (Intel) and was looking for a portable 4k touchscreen that would give me (most of) the touchscreen functionality. I need more or less business features, scroll down in Excel up/down or left/right, read webpages and Word documents, work with Visio diagrams, etc. I chose this monitor for its 10-point touch support, 4k resolution, brightness (600 nits!) and general appearance the price was very competitive and the description gives the impression that you are using USB-C (Thunderbolt III in my case) when i unpacked this device it looked very nice, very slim and stylish with the included cable I wasn't disappointed with the picture quality, the touch OSM is very comfortable. That's where the good things ended. When I tried to use the touch function I found that only tapping with the left mouse button worked . Scrolling didn't work. I do not work. is present, moving your finger just highlights/selects the text in the window. Scrolling the website is not possible unless you are very good at clicking the slider in the window part. An absolute waste of time for any user and a waste of money for the "touch screen" feature. dig, it was faster than usual for this kind of support). I did a little research on the internet and found that there is a common driver that can be installed for Macs, and about a dozen other manufacturers offer it on their websites (but only for 'their' hardware). So I emailed them with questions about the driver and if InnoView suggested it or what they suggested. The first answer was that "no driver needed" and they attached a video on how to connect it. I've read and even seen some examples on YouTube. It was the second answer They said that the functionality I had was all I could get and that it was Apple's fault, not theirs (not aloud that I found a YouTube video showing all of these Features from other vendors worked.) Then they offered to buy me a Windows PC to use their monitor. wow just wow - the return was posted, packed and shipped back to the UPS store within an hour before lunch. Select "doesn't work as described on the website". as the reason for the return. I will buy another monitor from another vendor even if it costs me significantly more. Two stars - because it was a good screen, felt good, and the support team was quick to respond, but it was pretty generous. Suffice it to say I will never buy an Innoview product again and will tell all my friends about it.
