Review on Kassi Fabric Dining Chair by 🐄 Christopher Knight Home - Milk Cow Print by Janet Baker

This chair was easy to put together, looked solid and was well made. It was mainly used for decorative purposes but my wife and I used it a few times a week. Bought March 2021. Today (less than 6 months later) my wife was sitting in a chair when we heard a muffled click. As you can see from the attached photo, the front spring board is broken. Although the repair seems easy, the tension on the springs prevents me from easily attaching the board. I have emailed the manufacturer and will update my review if I get a response. UPDATE: It's been a few weeks but the manufacturer has replaced the broken part of the chair. The chair was set up quickly and is now back in use. I have updated my rating. I would also like to point out that the manufacturer was VERY responsive to my emails. The answer always came within an hour.
