My husband likes to use a headset for work meetings - he can get up during a work meeting/call and still stay connected. Headphones are comfortable. The audience can hear him and he can hear others. My daughter also likes to use these headphones with an extra cable to connect them directly to the phone. For this reason I would also like to have Bluetooth, but communicating with a computer with a transmitter is pleasant! The headphones can also be connected to a PS4 or TV via a transmitter. The LED indicators on the side are controlled by a rotary control. The volume is set using another rotary control. Quick mute at the touch of a button.
