good quality but does not match the factory mirror that was on the car

this is a good mirror but as the year and trim level is not specified in the addendum we received something that does not fit the car, it arrived gloss black on the car, matte black and feels dirty so now we have a nearly new car in the driveway with mirrors that don't line up.
