I have arthritis in my fingers and joints in both hands. I have had several compression gloves and they are better than most. The best I've ever had was made from the material that many knee pads are made of. These gloves appear to be well made and really help. They are lightweight and not too bulky to wear, and by leaving your fingertips open they cover the last knuckle of your fingers, which is important to me as those joints give me quite a bit of pain. My only complaint would be if they weren't as breathable in the material, although I remember that could have been mentioned in their description. I've found that gloves that compress and retain your body heat help more as the combination of warmth and compression helps reduce pain. Nevertheless, I can recommend these gloves. I haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability as this has been an issue with many other gloves I've purchased.
