Review on V MODA XFBT2 MBLACK Crossfade Wireless Headphones by Mark Bearden

I tried contacting Vmoda support via email and phone. I never get an email reply and when you call support and connect with an agent they send you to "Billy" or more specifically his voicemail which is full. The same thing has been happening for over a year now, although I try to contact them again from time to time. I just want to replace a tiny little screw that I can't find anywhere else online because it fell out and my headphones are really loose. and free. Recently, my headphones stopped charging, so I can only use them with a cable, which is inconvenient. I tried to contact Vmoda and still remained silent. If I contact them I will update my review. I finally got a response from them and they don't sell any replacement parts, not even the tiny screws that fell out of my headphones. They also do not offer repair services.
