This toothpaste is amazing - I've never seen anything like it on the market. No nasty hose. The toothpaste comes in a glass bottle and comes with two refill bottles. The tubes can get dirty, while the applicator of this toothpaste bottle allows for a very gentle application of the toothpaste onto the brush. The toothpaste is truly plant-based and ESG certified to prove it. The main ingredients - licorice, aniseed, eucalyptus and charcoal - are organic. There are no bad ingredients. Even the box of toothpaste and fillings is made from recyclable cardboard. In fact, the whole toothpaste set is so cute and quirky that I consider it a fun Christmas gift for the environmentally conscious recipient. The taste is dominated by anise and I had to get used to it, but now I like it. My husband loves this toothpaste. I have to say my mouth was tingling with freshness. PS Two months after purchase, I found that the applicator is not very good. I have to pump and pump to get enough toothpaste to clean. This happens when the bottle is low but not yet empty. As I move on to the next bottle, the applicator keeps getting in my way. I still love this toothpaste, but I'm deducting a star for the applicator. It needs improvement.
