Not best advertised in laptop accessories

I have a 2018 15 inch Macbook and it stood out on this thing. I'd say it's only really good for people with 13-inch laptops or smaller. Even if I had a smaller laptop I still wouldn't want this cooler because even if it says the fans max out at 2900RPM they are tiny and it doesn't matter.
