As the title suggests, Expert Shield's customer service is second to none. Here's why: I first received the screen for the X-Pro 1 in the mail and measured it on my camera's LCD. Much to my disappointment, the screen protector was significantly smaller than I expected as it didn't cover the entire screen. After emailing the company's customer service department that I thought I had received the wrong product, they assured me that the treads on each edge are 0.5-1mm (if I remember correctly) smaller than real LCD. This is to ensure the screen isn't edge to edge and more prone to lifting and peeling over time. Has the meaning. Reassured, I applied the screen protector to the best of my ability and that was it. chaotic at best. Due to the smaller size, it may be difficult to properly attach the protective film to the LCD. I continued my correspondence with the support team telling them about my problem and how I actually ruined the screen protector. They did the unthinkable and sent me NOT ONE, but TWO additional screen protectors in the mail, along with instructions on the best way to apply them. I received two protectors in the mail and in fact following the correct instructions I was able to fit my protector almost perfectly. Expert Shield, you have a regular customer in me.
