I am very happy with this scarf for the purpose it was bought for. Anyone who buys should know that it is not soft when you receive it. It will soften with washing and the tube includes instructions on how to soften the laundry. These are natural plant fibers, they are coarse. The label says 100% linen, and while I've received items that claim to be 100% something they aren't (there's an all silk that's actually an acetate fiasco), they absolutely act like Linen. .I used it for indigo dyeing and the scarf took the color perfectly. After a few baths, rinsing and drying, the scarf has sufficient sun protection and falls beautifully.
