I originally gave it 4 stars; see below why I changed it. The product is an excellent NAS. It's easy to use and has a RAID1 option (so all data is backed up on 2 drives) so I bought this (I had a previous version with only 1 drive and that drive failed; it was a hassle to recover the data ! ). This newer version allows you to keep apps on the device (like antivirus and some other stuff) which is really nice.
