Excellent customer service, free replacement offered
I had a problem installing these screens and the dust was sticking to the glass. I was disappointed with the app (my fault, no problem with the product) and was planning to order another set. However, 2 days after I received them, Mr. Shield emailed me to make sure I could apply these screen protectors without any problems. They also stated that if there were any problems, they would be happy to replace them for me free of charge. I emailed them and explained to them that I had to remove them as dust had gotten under the screen protectors and Mr Shield replaced them free of charge and offered to do so until I fixed them. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service! I highly recommend them.
