Item in open packaging, sold as new
Although the phone appears to work well out of the box, it is clear that the item was in an open packaging. The inner packaging of the cables and the power module was torn; The torn bags were still in the box. Part of the original packaging was missing. I find it misleading to sell an item that has been returned as new by a previous customer, especially if everything that was supplied by the manufacturer is not present.
