Fantastic value! in tie-down straps

These straps have a fantastic price! Straps, metal clips on the end and ratchet assembly are strong. The ratchet has several handy safety features: (1) When the handle is pressed fully against the body of the ratchet, the ratchet lock engages, preventing the webbing reel from unwinding or even activating the normal release mechanism. (2) There is room for a small padlock to keep the handle closed. Unfortunately, the shackle hole is too small to use anything other than a luggage lock that won't stop a thief. It's a good idea, although I want the hole to be big enough for at least a 10mm shackle. I use straps to attach a large 100 lb kayak to the ceiling of my canopy.
