5๐ŸŒŸ for Hmy 12.9 inch iPad Pro with OTTERBOX Heavy Duty Case!

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIAL FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE A 12.9-inch iPad PRO (or similarly sized tablet): Spending a hefty sum Wandering around Revain, I really didn't think that I could find one Stand on a flexible neck that could firmly hold my 12.9" iPad Pro with a sturdy OTTERBOX CASE, but this stand - and at a very affordable price! I'm a dumbass with arthritis in mine Hands and my grandkids are, well, regular 4 and 6 year olds so this case should be 100% included Stand with no case and the case is a real PITA that can be detached and put on and also I can don't even do it myself as my hands are completely numb and sore you have to call your husband or someone with strong enough hands to remove or put on the case appliances of different sizes e completely without a case or at best with a thin case that offers only minimal protection. IF YOU HAVE A 12.9" IPAD PRO: You should also be aware that the adjustable arm that fits various sizes of iPad Pro 12.9" ONLY works in the LANDSCAPE position (long side parallel to the ground) which may be a problem for some but not for me. I've been using this stand for about a month and the spring mechanism that allows the mount to adjust to different sizes and hold onto your device does NOT seem to be a little loose or stretched - although my 12.9" iPad does Pro in a rugged case is definitely maxed out. I was concerned this might happen. The mount adjusts easily as I regularly switch between my iPhone and the 12.9" iPad Pro - both in OTTERBOX cases. It still holds both devices in the position I use them just as securely as the first time I put them together, although it mostly drives at maximum stretch and holds my tablet overnight and for the most part of the day high. The stand was easy to assemble and looks good. But most importantly, it keeps my iPad in its heavy case. And costs $30-$60 less than very few other stands I've found with this capability. I'm seriously considering getting a second tablet for use in the bedroom. ALSO BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A **LARGE** TABLET, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS IN A HEAVY BODY: The stand may TIP. I really wish the base of this stand was a bit heavier as it will tip over when the gooseneck is removed from the center column somewhere near maximum extension AND you load it with the aforementioned iPad and the case hanging outwards. there at the end. Luckily, when this happened to me, I was sitting in my chair and checking various spots for the base (the gooseneck held my iPad and case in place at the end), and when the stand started to tilt, the tablet just fell into the cradle Lap. If it weren't and everything fell to the ground, I might be even more upset. Right now, I'm just very careful when moving my iPad to a spot that's very far from the center column. at least until I can think of something (it's not too ugly) to add weight to the base. OTHER PROBLEM TO BE AWARE OF FOR PEOPLE WITH A 12.9" IPAD PRO OR RIGHT SIZED TABLET: The mount is only able to hold my iPad's screen securely when I do so, so the top edge of the screen sags slightly tilted back toward the center post ( Therefore, the bottom edge of the iPad screen is slightly further from the center post of the stand than the top edge). , but not sure. In contrast, the mount can hold my iPhone XS Max (also in an Otterbox case) in whatever position I place it. lower it low and tilt it all the way back, or gooseneck up and my phone screen is tilted down. It would be nice if the gooseneck was longer, but of course that's not necessary. think that the gooseneck is too stiff when you try to use your device in the holder) fully justifies the gain that lasts all the time while you are NOT moving it: whether you are on the phone (in my case the iPhone XS Max, also in a slightly less rugged Otterbox case) or my monstrous iPad Pro (in the extra-tough Otterbox case), which I can tap the screen without putting my other hand underneath to steady it. This is very important to me because (a) reaching out to secure the device would defeat the whole purpose of this stand, and (b) I've tried other stands where a loose gooseneck meant it was either gradually losing its shape and the device moved to a completely different location - or the device rocks up and down so much when I tap it (with one hand) that I end up getting motion sickness and/or a headache. REVIEW: Despite some imperfections/limitations, I'm very happy with my purchase - so pleased that I'm seriously considering buying a second one. The fact that it works with my 12.9" iPad Pro with its rugged case - something few rackets can do, even at twice the price - gives me 5 stars!
