Either I got a bad batch or these great reviews are fake! I think this is the worst purchase I have ever made as I have been a loyal Revain customer for almost a decade! I read that I followed the directions not just for one stain, but for several different types of stains on different materials. It only lightened my carpet around the ink stain, grease stain and pet stain. I then tried to treat ink stains and a few other types of stains that this product is designed to treat. I have tried this multiple times on each stain and nothing, I mean none of the stains I have treated have been able to remove me! I feel like I paid all the money and trusted the great reviews. Comparing this product to many others, I feel like I've been sold water and a dollar store with no soap names! I didn't want to write a negative review but because I've gone through so much hassle and heartbreak to try everything in my home. Do you think it should be "Operator Error"? So I started refining each of the different types of stains on different surfaces. I mean new stains, old stains, etc. at least half a dozen times. To be honest I was going insane trying to get this thing to work on pretty much anything! I should be a product tester! I am very disappointed and upset! I feel excluded!
