Just what I needed.
This product is just what I needed. It is lightweight, easy to put on and take off, is adjustable for in size for ease of wearing over heavier clothing/jackets when needed for cold weather, and is comfortable. A pocket is nice for carrying small items and the bag is handy for storage of the vest.

- Very good purchase. Highly visible. The extra bands are additonal bonus and very handy. Worth the buy.

- May not be suitable for people with mobility issues
