I can't believe how much sushi tastes better when you make it at home. I'm not sure if I can eat sushi in the restaurant again. The rice just tastes a lot fresher. It was amazing making sushi at home and my kids kept asking. We also have a few people who "don't like sushi," now they just love it. They come for sushi night almost every time we do it now. lol. The knife in this set is really very nice and sharp. We've used it several times and it's still great. This is a great kit. The only thing I could change would be to get a bigger bowl. We have to cook the rice in several batches, but it's really not that bad. If you are hesitant to make sushi, just watch some videos on how to make it and give it a try. Have fun with it. It's a blast and so delicious when you make it at home!
