Poor packaging.: Ladies
The jacket came very poorly packaged. It was vacuum sealed so it was completely crumpled from top to bottom. Since it's not machine washable I have no idea how to remove the creases. Looks like from a dump. The jacket fits well and I'm sure I would have liked it if it hadn't looked the way it does now.
