I thought long and hard about buying this thinking it would be a waste of money as I already had several clip hangers. However, it's much more efficient, takes up less space, and is lower so I don't have to reach as high to trim things. What I like: - It's round so it doesn't take up too much space in my shower. Compared to rectangular drying racks - It hangs from a straight wire, so it's less likely to break (compared to chain racks) - It doesn't fold as it falls apart faster when folding and unfolding. - It's lightweight, which is important to me because I hang it on a tension rod in my bathroom. - The clips are good for holding light weight items like socks, underwear and cloth napkins that would take up too much space on a standing floor stand. .- Clips can be removed if you want to reuse or replace them later.- No plastic parts! Plastic dryers break all the time. It's quite durable and will last me a long time, but when the time comes it can be recycled or reused compared to plastic that ends up in landfills and pollutes the environment. - It's visually appealing and pretty minimal compared to noisy plastic. One.Wings I don't like :- You have to balance the weight, but that's common sense. My advice: rotate the stand when cutting material (it rotates), not just on one side. Items cut in the middle take longer to dry which, again common sense, cuts from the outside and seeps in. Crop marks, back to normal when cutting material. Put items in less visible places. I love them so much I am planning to buy a pair for family members for Christmas!
