Review on Shure AONIC 50 Black Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones by Stacey Growe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really wanted to like these headphones

I ordered these headphones to replace my current Bose 700 headphones (I wanted a better sounding headset). The sound quality is there, the noise cancellation isn't great, but I was willing to compromise a bit given the sound quality, but where I didn't want to compromise was multipoint. It's not really a multipoint headset (like the Bose 700), it just never worked when connected to both an iPad (my media processing device) and my MacBook Pro. When a call came through my VOIP app on my MacBook, I was able to answer the call or host a Zoom meeting with no issues, but I was never able to play music on my iPad again because the connection dropped (or vice versa). vice versa). It's not worth paying that kind of money for something that really doesn't work as intended. I went back to my Bose 700 cans as they do their job as intended (not perfect but they work).
