Neutral: * 4-foot leash: ideal for quick walks; but 6 feet. * Cons: 1. The collar seems to be medium sized.2. The wire harness has an awkward spot on one of the sections of the wire harness.3. The line of chest to harness is too big for small chest dogs.4. (Personal) My dog didn't like the set.
