I always sit at my desk at work trying to do some back exercises to really improve my posture. But at the end of the day I don't finish my workout and I'm just incredibly sick and there's no way for me to relieve the pain and it ends up being aggravated by incredibly stressful exertion. I tried using a small vibrating massager but it didn't help. So I decided to invest in a massage gun and see if it was worth all the hype. I am definitely here to say that I have completely switched to these machines. This one in particular intrigued me, with all the different ingredients included it was definitely the best deal. It's really powerful and I love that there are all four different speed/power settings. Definitely worth it if you're in constant pain and just have a ton of tension in your back or body, or if you're getting a killer leg workout, that would be amazing!
