The mouse is quite helpful at work; in point of fact, I would go so far as to say that it is flawless, and the expense of purchasing it was more than justified. But, in order to break up the monotony of this labor, I would have a spare wire available to me. Pros: When I worked in video editing, I found that the mouse, and particularly the scroll wheel on the side, came in quite handy. In addition, the primary scroll wheel is really cool, particularly when one considers how unusual it is to work on normal wheels in this day and age (without the ability to unwind). It is possible to toggle the ability to switch between "incremental scrolling" and the ability to "scroll properly" manually with the touch of a button, or it is possible to automatically toggle it when a certain (also customizable) amount of effort is applied, which is the method that I make extensive use of. Either way, it is possible to toggle the ability to toggle the ability manually with the touch of a button. Noise The loudness of the key clicks (both left and right buttons) is around average, although it is notably lower than the volume of the clicks made by my prior mouse. Most of the time, there is hardly any audible noise made when the side buttons are pressed. Program. It appears that you can set up a lot of things with the setup program, and it has a very nice interface. Additionally, there is a beta version available that includes additional functions. All of these are beneficial characteristics of the program. The procedure of setting everything up is pretty quick and easy to do. Charge Even though the program has been reporting for several days that the charge is low but not essential, the charge continues to hold decently despite this information. Even though I received it on December 30 and it is now January 15, the charge is still being held. This is in spite of the fact that I received it on December 30. For the reasons stated above, I think this to be more than adequate. The computer equipment, including the keyboard, mouse, and even the phone, may all be wirelessly charged through the use of a type-c connection that is located on the table. Cons:\sProgram In either the beta or the production version of the software, a significant number of the program's configuration options are not yet accessible. Because this feature is not currently accessible, there is no way to save a preset or copy it to another program. A function known as "change dpi" was added a few days ago; however, for some reason, it can only be assigned to the action of pressing a button located under the thumb, and it cannot be assigned to any other action. This is the only action that can be used to trigger the "change dpi" function. In addition, you won't be able to utilize any other gestures at the same time because that won't be possible. The software was developed to have a "basic setup," so that it would not be too complex to use; nevertheless, as a result of this design choice, it is no longer possible to execute certain scenarios that are slightly more complicated. The most peculiar thing about the software is that the list of apps within it CANNOT be scrolled using the side wheel:) and since there is only room for seven applications, you have to click the mouse in order to access the application that is at the end of the list. It would appear that button presses can be assigned to turn the side wheel, however I was unable to make this happen (at least in games). This is to be expected in principle due to the fact that scrolling is distinct from clicking. legs Even though the mouse can be used on any surface (which I have no reason to doubt), I strongly recommend that you get a mousepad for optimal performance. On a table made of wood, I had been using a mouse that had legs made of metal in the past when I worked. The legs of this table are made of plastic, and I have observed that they have been removed from the table; yet, there are still crumbs of a dark color on the table. Delay The delay is not detectable when working normally in the browser or in professional programs; nevertheless, due to schedule difficulties, we were unable to test it out. In addition to this, there is a latency, and the height of the mouse makes the grasp hard for me to use when playing games (or working, for that matter), thus the mouse does not fulfill my requirements. For games, it is possible to bind buttons, as was just mentioned, although this option is not available for more complicated scenarios. The maximum number of buttons and keys that can be merged into a single configuration. It was not possible to bind the side scroll wheel to any particular location. As a result, some games do not even recognize its presence, even when the program was bound to it.
