Based on several other reviews I was worried this would be really big but it's the perfect size. I don't like crossbody so I don't use a longer strap, but the shoulder strap is long enough to wear over the shoulder and fits perfectly under the arm. The material is great - soft black leather - and a quality fabric lining (although I really wish it had stripes instead of just black because stripes make it a lot easier to stuff stuff in the bag). The gold metal chain accents are lighter than I expected, and the logo on the outside of the bag is simply applied to the leather, not a metal tag, so I'm a little worried about it wearing out over time. Have a large wallet, small umbrella, sunglasses, etc. ready. All in all a great bag and you will most likely order a replacement bag as the price is actually reasonable.
