I bought this pillow a week ago and it works the way I wanted it to. I was recently diagnosed with Restless Legs Syndrome and lying on my back can help ease the pain of RLS. However, lying on your back causes some lower back discomfort. I just put a pillow under my knees and the problem was solved immediately. I only used a standard knee pad but struggled with it all night. This one moves with me and doesn't fight the sheets. The quality of the pillow also seems to be excellent. I haven't taken the pillowcase off to wash it yet, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. I highly recommend this pillow.
