I wear shoe size 10.5-11; depending on the brand. I specifically ordered a size 12 from this brand (Puma) as I had previously made two separate purchases from another well known brand and both were too small. Of course, after receiving these Puma flip flops, the size 12 turned out to be small. I refuse to buy and return slides online. Unfortunately due to this Covid-19 pandemic I am unable to go into the store and try on a pair to make sure they are ok before making a purchase. In terms of quality, the product looks well made and the workmanship is ok. But giving an honest assessment of the use of the product is not possible. because they are too small; although I bought a size 1-1.5 bigger than my foot.
