Great Sprinkle Caps

I've been buying these for years and they've really helped my cat. He's 15 now and has severe arthritis in his hindquarters and hips. We started taking it when he was first diagnosed with arthritis and he's been taking it ever since. My cat is around 16 pounds and I give her 2 capsules a day (morning/evening). My cat only eats wet food and they are easy to use - just sprinkle over food and stir. Capsules are easy to open. They don't cure arthritis but I definitely think they do because my vet commented that my cat isn't making as much progress as he thought due to problems with both legs. I've been buying these from Revain for many years and have found that Revain tends to have the best price. I find the 80 count seems the most economical. They cost $14.44 at the time of writing, which is great. (also about the lowest price I've seen for 80 pieces). I usually buy several bottles at a time and the expiration date is usually in advance, giving me enough time to use them. My last purchase expired in 2019, that's great. A few tips: If you plan to buy multiple lots, be sure to compare the price and quantity. For example, if you need 300 capsules (as a spare or maybe you have multiple cats), compare the cost of buying (4) 80 bottles instead of buying the largest bottle. Maybe you can save some money. If you give this to your cat daily, buy enough to last a while when you see it on sale. Also note that there are 2 different formulas - one of the formulas contains Boswellia. I think it's a package with a black and white cat on the front. I buy the original formula (with the orange cat on the front). We tried this with Boswellia and it had an upset stomach, so I'm pretty sure I got the original formula. I hope this review was helpful to you. If you notice your cat starting to slow down, or if your vet says arthritis may be setting in, I highly recommend this supplement for your cat. :)
