Addendum: After a few months instead of daily wear, the Velcro fastener no longer holds or holds on the leg. upset. Changed rating due to fragility. Bought for my 8 month old who loves to walk. She wears them well and doesn't try to take them off like the others. That's good, because they basically have a sole like regular shoes, which is great for walking in our store or on the street. Will buy more as she outgrows them.
