I have an older kitten who will need antibiotics daily for the next 6-8 weeks. She's a sweet, sweet cat, unless someone tries to give her medicine, then she turns into 8 pounds of her own hellish fury with sharp claws. I was almost certain how this rodeo was going to go and 6-8 weeks wasn't going to be easy. (I stocked up on plasters and ointments). Our vet's receptionist gave us a few tubes of churu when we took the pills and it made ALL the difference. Because the drug can cause strictures and other serious problems if not administered with liquid (and the cat's opinion of a water squirt was about as low as a pill). We had Madame clean her palate with a full tube of Churu after a Churu coated pill. It works AMAZING well to make the process easy for them (and bloodless for me). Our little old cat loves the taste, and instead of running away after shoving a pill down her throat, she happily stays to lick chura. The added benefit of this product is that it stimulates her appetite and helps me get her to eat properly again. 10 stars are not enough for this product!
