The ability to set up campaigns, run reports and view results makes this software easy for our team to use. It would be nice if there was an integration with Salesforce or Zapier so that we could pull in data from Salesforce leads into Cloudtask. There are some features such as adding fields/questions that I wish were more customizable but it's not too difficult to find what you're looking for once you know where they are located. Creating new forms has been very simple thanks to their support and tutorials. Tracking lead flow throughout the sales cycle has allowed us to see exactly how many qualified vs unqualified leads have reached various stages during each stage of the pipeline.
