Great service from everyone in office, especially management

The whole team is very friendly and always willing to help whenever I need it! They make sure that everything goes smoothly with my website even when there's an emergency such as if one of their customers gets sick or passes away (it happens every now and then). It makes me feel more comfortable knowing they're looking out for things like this so I don't have to worry about anything during peak times. Nothing really at all but just thought i'd mention something since you asked specifically…

Pros
  • I love the fact that they're able to get to know every customer individually and that every client gets the time and attention that they need
Cons
  • There's not really anything that I dislike that much, I think the only time I'd say this is a con is that there's just too many clients here for me to recognize everyone's name!

Great Customer Service, Very Helpful

I like that they are extremely patient and helpful! They are always on top of any issues that come up. I dislike that they are too slow to resolve any issues. Sometimes it takes too long to get a response. I am having a hard time with the training to use their software. It is very confusing and I am having a hard time figuring out how to use it.   • Very knowledgeable staff, great attitude.
  • The team works together well as one unit instead if separate departments or individuals working independently from each other..very seamless process between all employees involved in providing services (e mailed documents) during phone call follow ups/service calls; this makes everyone's job much easier when dealing directly wth customers who experience problems while trying new technology products such "as" Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook
