Great Customer Service, Very Helpful

I like that they are extremely patient and helpful! They are always on top of any issues that come up. I dislike that they are too slow to resolve any issues. Sometimes it takes too long to get a response. I am having a hard time with the training to use their software. It is very confusing and I am having a hard time figuring out how to use it.

I would highly recommend them. They are very helpful and are always willing to help you. They have always been very patient and understanding. I have been using their support service for years.

Great customer Service
Very knowledgeable staff, great attitude.
The team works together well as one unit instead if separate departments or individuals working independently from each other..very seamless process between all employees involved in providing services (e mailed documents) during phone call follow ups/service calls; this makes everyone's job much easier when dealing directly wth customers who experience problems while trying new technology products such "as" Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook
