Great service from everyone in office, especially management
The whole team is very friendly and always willing to help whenever I need it! They make sure that everything goes smoothly with my website even when there's an emergency such as if one of their customers gets sick or passes away (it happens every now and then).
It makes me feel more comfortable knowing they're looking out for things like this so I don't have to worry about anything during peak times. Nothing really at all but just thought i'd mention something since you asked specifically about any problems/issues people had while working here :).
Pros
- I love the fact that they're able to get to know every customer individually and that every client gets the time and attention that they need
Cons
- There's not really anything that I dislike that much, I think the only time I'd say this is a con is that there's just too many clients here for me to recognize everyone's name!
