the screw-down type of button is by far my favorite, quick/easy way to add a button to my pants

Review of: AXEN 12PCS Jeans Buttons Replacement, Perfect Fit Instant Adjustable Pants ButtonI have to say that I’ve really become a big fan of the ‘screw-down’ version of the pants buttons. In the past, I have used the ‘stick-pin’ version of replace pants buttons and while I haven’t had any major issues over the last few months with the stick-pin variety but I have found that the ‘stick-pin’ does seem to come apart more easily than I want. And I’ve also found that the stick-pin on the back of the pants does come out further than I would like. The ‘screw-down’ version of the buttons, for me at least, solves both of those issues.I’ve tried three of the buttons so far, and I’ve never had an issue with the button coming loose or even feeling like it was coming loose. The screw down between the front (button) piece and the back piece, I think is really firm and secure. In addition, the piece of the back side of the pants is significantly shorter on the screw-down compared to the stick-pin versions I’ve used before. So, short that I don’t think the length is much more than then length of the original button. For looks, the package comes with some bronze-like buttons and some silver-like buttons; so I’ve never had an issue trying to find a replacement button that didn’t work on the pants I wanted to use them on.Installation, now that I’ve done more than one, is really fast; I think I’m under a minute total for putting on a new button. The package comes with a small screwdriver that I use to poke a small hole in the pants, then I insert the back part of the unit through the hole (this is the most time-consuming part of the process as the hole will sometimes close-down-on-itself when the screwdriver is removed). After that I simply screw the front piece and back piece together and the process is done.At the end-of-the-day, I like the look of the buttons, I like the easy of installation of the buttons, I like how secure the buttons are and I like the size of the button from front-to-back.
