I wanted to like more

The quality is just not very good. 1. A hard/sharp piece of material is protruding from one of the black spheres. 2. The reel often locks up and stops spinning, so you need to stop what you are doing and fix it. 3. The lower half with rose quartz is often unscrewed. I always have to pull it up. Feels good on the face when it works.
